Story Of The Day

As I pointed out on my KMOX show this afternoon, the number one story everyone is talking about today is the one about the prison inmate who woke up to find he had a lightbulb stuck up his butt. He claims he has no idea how it got there.

In a major understatement, the doctor who removed it said, "We had to take it out intact. Had it been broken inside, it would be a very very complicated situation." So, how did it remain intact on the way in? I could see if it were one of those little night-light bulbs, but if it's regular 100-watter, wow!

And let's not even think about a three-way -- bulb, I mean.
