Ashley's going rate was $1,000/hour, so if Spitzer spent two hours with her on that fateful February evening at the Mayflower Hotel, and he had $4,300 on deposit with Emperor's Club, he should be eligible for a rebate (which sounds better than a "withdrawal," considering the subject matter). I'm sure the check's in the mail. Or the federal prosecutor's office.

He spent two hours with her, but had to pay her travel time from NY to DC so she got opaid $1,000 an hour to ride a train!
She is 22 and has a 17 year old daughter-wow with that many years of experience she must be worth $1,000 an hour!!
I'm just glad somebody got paid to screw the government.
According to the official report on this investigation, the extra money was down payment on the next "appointment". Kind of like McDonalds pre-paid gift cards!
