She's probably a fan of whoever designed Kellie Pickler's prom dress.

Perhaps she should have a second chance next year as she obviously can't read and shouldn't graduate.
Was she not able to comprehend the guidelines?:
1. Only one inch of the midsection can be shown. . .
3. Slits in the dress can be no more than three inches above the knee. . .
5. Proper undergarments must be worn.
Or maybe we should be asked to give her the benefit of the doubt -
1. The midsection of the dress did not contain more than an inch of material that could be seen.
3. There were no slits in the dress that protruded above her knees, for how can they end above the knee if they never start below.
And finally,
5. I'm sure she had proper and appropriate undergarments on for _that_ dress. By the way, what would be the proper undergarments to wear with that dress?
