Larry Miller


You've seen Larry Miller in dozens of movies and TV shows (IMDb lists ten projects he's done in the last year alone), but may not be familiar with his stand-up work.

I first saw him more than 25 years ago when he was one of the best and hardest-working comedians on the club circuit. If you haven't seen it, keep an eye out for his "Just Words" special from 2001, which reruns occasionally on HBO Comedy. It contains an extended routine on a skiing adventure that became almost as much of a Larry Miller signature piece as his Five Stages Of Drinking.

The last time he appeared on my show was in 2006, to talk about his book, "Spoiled Rotten America." Recently, Larry has returned to writing his blog and doing more stand-up. From a recent gig, here's his take on the economy...
