Party Like It's 1979

Each year, the Consumer Electronics Show is the place to see the cool new technology being introduced. The 2010 edition was all about tablets, iPhone competitors, and internet-enabled televisions. Someday we may look back on those inventions as quaint and low-tech, as you will when you watch this flashback to a piece by ABC reporter Irv Chapman at the 1979 CES, in which he breathlessly reports on the ability to see superstations from Atlanta and Chicago on your TV, plus movies on videocassette!
