Judge Nap on the TSA

I've had Judge Andrew Napolitano on my radio shows several times throughout the years because, while I don't agree with him on everything, I find his devotion to civil liberties and our constitutional rights to be right on the money. Last night he spent nearly a third of his "Freedom Watch" TV show on the TSA screening story, including interviews with Rep. Ron Paul and attorney John Whitehead.

Then, in his second segment, he interviewed Sam Wolanyk, who was taken aside for a pat-down at an airport checkpoint and decided that rather than be groped, he'd just take off his shirt and pants to show the TSA that he wasn't carrying anything dangerous. Here he is telling his story to the judge, followed by Napolitano's pitch-perfect explanation of why those searches violate our Fourth Amendment rights...
