The funniest sitcom scene of the past week was this one from "30 Rock" in which Tina Fey's Liz Lemon meets Aaron Sorkin while waiting for an interview to become a writer on "The Sing-Off."
What made this so meta was the back-story of Sorkin's last series, "Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip," about the behind-the-scenes life of a comedy show. It debuted at the same time as "30 Rock," also ostensibly about the behind-the-scenes life of a TV comedy show. Sorkin's show fizzled and died in a season, while Fey's is still going strong in year five. Plus, there's a nod to the famous walk-and-talk sequences Sorkin created for "The West Wing
" and "Sports Night
