Drones In Your Airspace

You wake up in the morning, open the curtains, and see a small drone with a camera hovering outside your window. We're not talking about the kind of drone the military and CIA are using overseas, but a domestic drone operated by private individuals, news crews, or local law enforcement. Is that legal, or is it trespassing into your airspace? That's the issue I discussed today on America Weekend with Paul Voss, associate professor of engineering at Smith College, who has spent a lot of time examining this question and worries that the law is not keeping up with the technology when it comes to drones and privacy.
